Terms of Business
A 50 % deposit of the daily rates is payable at booking of the hunt. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is 4 months prior to the safari date. If the safari is booked by another client, the deposit less a 15 % charge will be refunded. If the safari is cancelled more than 4 months in advance, the deposit will be refunded less 15 % for admin fees.
Included in the daily rates :
- Services of a licensed professional hunter
- Trackers, skinners, camp staff, safari vehicles
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Soft drinks
- Local beers and wines
- Laundry
- Field preparation of trophies
- All road transportation to and from airport
- Transport during safari
Not included in daily rates :
- Dip, pack and ship of trophies
- Taxidermy costs
- All hotel accommodation before and after safari
- All air travel
- Travel to and from South Africa
- Gratuities for PH
- Trackers
- Skinners and camp staff
- Additional vehicle hire if needed
- Hire of rifles and ammunition
- Trophy fees
- Conservation fund
- Special permits and licenses
If a hunt is not booked, prices are subject to change. The full trophy fee will be payable for animals wounded and lost. The full account will be settled on the last day of the safari. Cash, travelers checks or bank drafts will be accepted.
